As young entrepreneurs they founded in 1990 in a building of 70 square meters the first "M?rkische Porzellanmanufaktur" (ceramics factory) in the outskirts of Berlin. They are professional designers. Thomas Adam went to the school for Art and Design in Halle Burg Gebichtenstein and Stefan Ziege the School for Arts in Berlin Wei?ensee.
They are good craftsmen that control their trade from"A" (Adam) to "Z" (Ziege).

From idea to sketch - that often turns out to be a work of art - the threedimensinional model, building of the cast, casting, painting and firing in their workshop new products arise, that are instantly recognised by connaisseurs and collectors. Since 1998 they occupy a fomer mill-building. In the mean time over more than 1000 differen products are in their repertoire. In Feruary and August they can be fount in Frankfurt at the trade shows (Ambiente and Tendence). Often they have a special show, but always they come up with great new products.
