As with all cast iron teapots this will brew a marvelous pot of tea and keep it hot for quite some time. Serve your jasmine or green tea in style. The teapot comes with it's own removeable stainless steel infuser basket that fits neatly under the lid and makes the brewing of tea quite easy. The interior is fully lined in durable black enamel to prevent rust.
Use extreme care if heating on a stove top. Never allow it to boil dry or it will be ruined. It is not recommended for boiling water as the enamel lining could crack but many prefer this method and have not had difficulty. Always wipe your cast iron teapot with a dry cloth after use, inside and out.
