In spite of all our
efforts, every so often products get damaged on their
trip to you. If that happens just send us a message or give us a call and we
will resend the product or, if that is not possible, issue a refund. We do
ask that, if possible, you send us a picture of the damage, so that we can
assess what went wrong and learn from it.
You
received a gift and want to return it:
If you
are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of
your return, which you may use as part or full payment for future purchases
from our website. Your gift certificate will be posted to you at the same
address to which the original gift was delivered--and do not worry, we will
not let the person who sent you the gift know about your return.
Refunds:
We will notify you
via e-mail when we have processed your refund, which will be refunded within
14 days after cancellation or in case an item is returned after receipt of the item in good order.

cancellations:
If you change your mind or
just do not like the product you order after all, You can cancel the order (if we have not shipped the order) or return the item within 30
days of purchase (or receipt of the item, if that is later). If you have already paid, we will issue a refund within
14 days after cancellation or in case an item is returned after receipt of the item in good order.
If there was any damage
during transport, let us know so we can fix the problem. If you return a
product due to reasons caused by us we will refund cost of returning the
product, but only after we have authorised the return shipment.
How to Return an Item:
Please follow the steps below:

Send us a message by
email and we will let you know how to return
the item.

If the product has a
defect, let us know what is wrong (a photo of any damage would be great).
If it does not make sense to send the product back, we will let you know.
After all we can not sell damaged goods.

As we may have reduced rates for returning
items, please be in touch so we can return any items at lowest possible cost. If we are to pay for
return shipment, please use service as advised by us.

If you wish, please write a short
note with the reason for the return on the
packing slip (or just include a note).

The shipment should
always include a note with the order number, so we can process the return shipment upon arrival.

Wrap the item
in its original packaging with all parts included (please pack any lids and accessories carefully and in a separate
piece of packaging before putting it in the box). We can only refund items that have been send back with due care.
