The Japanese tea specialty made of the Gyokuro Green Tea. Grained into fine powder you can use it to drink as tea. Or use it differntly as an ingredient in cakes and even into savoury dishes. The packaging (bottom tin) includes a recipe of Matcha Latte.

Add one teaspoon per 100 ml to water of 90 Degrees Celsius and wisk it. Enjoy the Matcha cappucino.
